All mobile handsets which METRO TELECOM stock are genuine EU stock and is classified in the following categories :-
• SIM FREE - All stock is brand new and can be used with any network operator. All handsets come in original box with all accessories included.
• 14 DAY RETURN - Handsets/Mobile Phones which have been used for less than 14 days. All handsets will look new and most will still have the screen seal still on. All handsets come in original box with all
accessories included. N.b box may appear in used condition.
• USED - Handset/Mobile Phone and battery only. Classified into the following grades based on the following conditions :
• GRADE A - Handsets/Mobile Phones are in very good condition and are “as new”. Shows light signs of wear and tear. All handsets will be fully checked and tested. All handsets carry a 30 day warranty.
• GRADE B - Handsets are used and will show signs of average signs of wear and tear. They are not very heavily scratched or marked and will not be damaged or broken. They are not “as new”
and are fully checked and tested. All handsets carry a 30 day warranty.
